The Flier is an item in Breath of Fire III. It's given to Ryu during the childhood portion of the game by a Manillo merchant in Genmel. As long as the item remains in the party's possession, they'll receive a discount of approximately 30% on the entire inventory of Genmel's item and weapon shops. This discount does not stack with the discount provided by the accessory Coupons.
