Power is a recurring stat in the Breath of Fire series. When using physical attacks and skills, the attacker's power is compared against the target's defense in order to determine the resulting damage.
Power can be increased naturally through increasing a characters level or by studying under a certain masters in games that utilize the master system. Power can also be permanently increased by the consumption of Power Food.
